Law enforcement history is topic of Spring symposium

Safford – The Graham County Historical Society will host its annual Spring Symposium on Saturday, March 23. The event begins at 10 a.m. at Eastern Arizona College’s Discovery Park Barn. Admission is free.

This year’s theme is “Law Enforcement in Graham County.” Featured speakers include former Safford Police Chief Milt Reay and former Graham County Undersheriff and Thatcher Police Chief Mike McEuen. Lunch will be served following the speakers.

Those wishing to renew their Historical Society membership and those who would like to become new members can do so at the symposium. Annual memberships are $25 per year per household.
