How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
On July 18, 2024, Gila County was able to demo a burnt-out home and vehicles at 5982 S. New Street in Claypool.
I am working with the Health Department, Planning and Zoning, and even the State Legislature to help with tax lien investors in homes whose owners have passed away leaving no one to be responsible for the property.
