GRAHAM COUNTY – Local youth performed well at the Scouts USA Turkey Shoot on Nov. 21, taking home two first-place awards, a second-place award, and a third-place award.
Trever Sanchez showed he knows his way around a rifle with a scope to take home first place in scopes.
In the same vein, Toby Bigler won first place in the sights category. Both took home a turkey for their first-place awards, just in time for Thanksgiving.
Gideon Beals took home a second-place award of a giant chocolate bar, and the Baldwin boys, Caleb and Teegan, showed off their prowess, with Teegan scoring a third-place award.
