THATCHER — Eastern Arizona College’s Teen Theatre proudly presents Speed Dating and Light Sabers from Sept. 27 – 30 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lee Little Theater.
Speed dating is a crazy concept. An evening of three-minute dates with complete strangers…sounds like a good idea, right? It is unless your speed dates happen to be an aluminum foil superhero, a potion-brewing witch, or an inanimate object psychic. Speed Dating and Light Sabers follows two strangers on their first speed dating experience. Will the evening end in total disaster or could they possibly meet the right one? This one-act comedy is sure to entertain people of all ages, but the fun doesn’t stop there!
The audience can expect even more laughs, as the teen group will also be performing excerpts from Airport Encounters, a show of short stories following different characters as they come and go from the waiting area of an airport.
