Here is a list of the state basketball tournaments for local teams.
1A Girls
The No. 1 Fort Thomas Apaches will play No. 16 The Gregory School on Feb. 16. The location and time are TBA.
2A Girls Conference Play-In Tournament
The No. 11 Thatcher Eagles will play Parker at Thatcher High School at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 13.
The No. 10 Pima Roughriders will play No. 23 Desert Christian at Pima High School at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 13.
3A Girls
The No. 6 Safford Bulldogs will play the winner of No. 11 Tanque Verde versus No. 22 Wickenburg. The Bulldogs will play Feb. 16. The location and time are TBA.
1A Boys
The No. 3 Fort Thomas Apaches will play the No. 14 Duncan Wildkats on Feb. 16. The location and time are TBA.
2A Boys Conference Play-In Tournament
The No. 9 Thatcher Eagles will play No. 24 Kingman Academy at Thatcher High School on Feb. 14 at 6:30 p.m.
The No. 12 Morenci Wildcats will play No. 21 Arizona College Prep at Morenci on Feb. 14 at 6:30 p.m.
2A Boys
The 2A State Championship Boy’s Bracket won’t be set until after the play-in games, but the No. 1-seed is the Pima Roughriders.
3A Boys
The No. 13 Safford Bulldogs will play No. 20 Yuma Catholic at Safford High School on Feb. 14 at 6:30 p.m.
