GRAHAM COUNTY – The Graham County Sheriff’s Office has released a missing person bulletin for Samuel Troy Romero Jr., 23.
Romero is 5’8” tall, weighs 160 pounds and has brown hair with green eyes.
According to the bulletin, he was last seen either Monday, Feb. 18, at about 8 p.m. or Tuesday, Feb. 19 at about 9:30 p.m. northbound on First Avenue in Thatcher near the Gila River.
