THATCHER – Come by the Safford Lions Club’s Borderlands P.O.W.W.O.W. market this Saturday, June 6, at The Home Depot at 750 S. 20th Ave. in Thatcher from 7 – 10 a.m. for some fruits and veggies.
With no qualifications, you can shop for up to 70 pounds of fresh nutritious rescued produce with a $12 contribution.
This month will have honeydew melons, watermelons, acorn squash, gray squash, Italian squash, cucumbers, green beans, and coconut.
