THATCHER – Eastern Arizona College will welcome country music trio Due West and faith-based ensemble The Nashville Tribute Band to the Fine Arts Auditorium on Friday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m., for a night of uplifting and festive music in support of student scholarships.

Formed by Tim Gates, Matt Lopez, and Brad Hull, Due West is known for its signature three-part harmonies and a sound that blends traditional country roots with modern sensibilities. The trio first met and sang together in Nashville, igniting a musical journey that has spanned nearly two decades. Brad Hull, a Thatcher native and EAC alum, brings hometown pride to the stage, making this concert especially meaningful for the local community.

Due West has built a national following and shared the stage with country stars like Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift, and George Strait. Their latest album, Unbroken, was co-written and produced by country music legend Dean Dillon, who penned hits like “Ocean Front Property” and “Tennessee Whiskey.” Their EP Move Like That reached No. 8 on the iTunes Country Albums chart and landed on the Billboard Top 40 Country Albums chart. Due West has amassed nearly 10 million streams of their music with passionate fans on all platforms.

The Nashville Tribute Band, a faith-based group formed in 2005 by award-winning songwriter Jason Deere and Dan Truman, pianist for the country supergroup Diamond Rio. With more than 900 shows performed across the U.S. and internationally, their mission is to pay tribute through music to the people and principles they hold dear. Their 2014 release Redeemer: A Nashville Tribute to Jesus Christ debuted in the top 10 on Billboard’s Christian chart. The band consists of Jason Deere and a revolving cast of Nashville-based singers and musicians. The show at EAC will feature Deere along with Brad Hull, Tim Gates, and Matthew Lopez.

Both Due West and The Nashville Tribute Band will perform a mix of their most popular songs and Christmas favorites, featuring about 55 percent Christmas music, making this concert a joyful and festive kickoff to the holiday season.

All ticket proceeds will benefit EAC student scholarships.
