THATCHER – Real Salt Lake AZ Southern Arizona Soccer Club will hold placements at Eastern Arizona College’s John T. Mickelson Field this Saturday, June 8, from 9 a.m. – noon.
Real Salt Lake is a soccer team with Major League Soccer. Real Salt Lake Arizona was established in January 2018 when RSL and Phoenix-based Sereno Soccer Club formed a partnership to continue the Club’s developmental foothold in Arizona.
Club teams are mostly located in Tucson and Phoenix, but recently a team was brought in to the Gila Valley to increase the Club’s group of teams and create opportunities for local youth who love soccer.
On Saturday, the Club will be placing youths in the following birth years:
9 a.m. – Boys and girls born in 2008 – 2009
9:30 a.m. – Boys and girls born in 2006 – 2007
10 a.m. – Boys born in 2003 – 2005
10:30 a.m. – Boys born in 2001 – 2002
11 a.m. – Girls born in 2001 – 2005
