PIMA – Velocity Builders, one of the Gila Valley’s premier home builders, is giving away a custom-built child’s playhouse for Christmas to one lucky family.
The playhouse was created by Velocity Builders with standard construction materials, such as 2X4s, 4X4s, plywood, siding, roofing shingles, and more. The custom play home stands 6 feet tall and measures 8 feet by 8 feet.

One entry will be accepted per household. Hurry and enter, however, as Velocity Builders will have a random drawing for the winner during a Facebook Live Event on Dec. 20 at roughly 11 a.m. The winner will have the playhouse delivered to their home in time for Christmas.
Those entering must be at least 18 years of age and live within a 25-mile radius of Velocity Builders’ model home located at 1390 W. 400 North in Pima, Arizona.
Velocity Builders has begun construction of its 40-lot subdivision Silo Farms in western Pima with lot reservations open for Phase 1 and available for as little as $1,000 for homes starting at about $300,000.
