SAFFORD – W.W. Clyde & Co., a subsidiary of Clyde Companies, Inc., has acquired CKC Construction & Materials. This integration expands W.W. Clyde’s portfolio of operations, introducing new expertise and extending reach to communities throughout southeast Arizona.
“CKC is a legacy family company, similar to WW Clyde, and we are proud to add their legacy of building better communities to ours in Southeast Arizona,” said Dustin Olson, president of W.W. Clyde.
CKC provides services in asphalt paving, earthwork and grading, concrete, drainage, and materials supply. Significant projects they have worked on include the Freeport-McMoRan Safford and Morenci Mines, the Thatcher 8th Street Project, and the Safford Mine Reclamation Plan. The company regularly works with the Arizona Department of Transportation, providing cold mix products and delivery services.
