PIMA – That’s right, you read correctly the sixth annual Pima Easter Extravaganza will be held on Friday this year, March 29, starting at 9 a.m.

The event takes place at the Pima Ball Fields next to Vard Lines Memorial Arena and will feature three separate age group fields for the egg hunt; newborn to 3 years old, 4 – 8, and 9 – 12. At each field, there will be special prize eggs, with a grand prize for each age group.

In addition to the egg hunts, there will also be an Easter Bunny Coloring Contest with cash prizes for the winners. And the big bunny himself will be on hand to pose for pictures.

So, be sure to make it out to the Pima Ball Fields next to the Vard Lines Memorial Arena and be on time as the eggs don’t last long.

The town is holding its annual Easter egg hunt on Friday to not conflict with the Pima Fire Department’s Fire Fest Car on Saturday, March 30, starting at 9 a.m.
