SAFFORD – The public will have a chance to see the very best dance the Gila Valley has to offer when the 8th annual “Dance it Off” contest is hosted at the David M. Player Center for the Arts on Saturday, Jan. 29. The address is 980 S. 14th Ave. in Safford, Arizona. This activity is sponsored by the Safford High School Scholarship Foundation.
There will be solos, duets and trios, small and large groups, and production numbers.
The event begins at 9 a.m., with the Safford Dance Academy leading off the competition. There are multiple studios signed up to compete. The entire event is expected to last until 5:30 p.m. That’s a whole lot of entertainment for $5. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
This is the 8th year Trophies “N Tees has donated trophies and dance pins for the winners!
