SAFFORD – School is out and Summer Reading is in at the Safford City-Graham County Library! From June 3 to July 18, the Safford Library encourages reading by providing prizes and special activities for all ages during the long summer weeks.

More than 70 special activities and events are scheduled during the seven-week program, as well as a chance to log reading minutes to win prizes. An escape room, mini-golf, reading club, cooking camp, and craft activities are just a few examples of the adventures that can be found at the library this summer.

The fun isn’t limited to only children’s programs, as adults will also have plenty to choose from including cooking classes, Harry Potter trivia, and a craft night. Adults can also log reading minutes for a chance to win great prizes.

All summer reading programs are free and open to the public.  A full lineup of programs and calendars can be found at www.saffordlibrary.org.
