SAFFORD — The Safford Police Department has released public community notification flyers regarding two registered sex offenders who are now residing within the city limits.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-3825 (Arizona’s Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law), law enforcement is required to inform the public when certain registered sex offenders move into the community. Authorities emphasize that these notifications are intended solely to inform and ensure public safety, not to generate fear.

- Offense: Convicted of Lewd or Lascivious Assault upon a Child

Christopher Delacruz
- Age: 67
- Physical Description: 5’08” tall, approximately 215 lbs., black hair, brown eyes
- Address: 1404 W. Relation St. Safford, AZ
- Offense: Sexual Conduct with a Minor
- Offender Level: Level 1 Offender
