South Eastern Arizona Sportsmen Club holds annual membership picnic/fishing derby

GRAHAM COUNTY – The South Eastern Arizona Sportsmen Club held its annual membership picnic/fishing derby at the Graham County Fairgrounds on Saturday.

According to outgoing Club President Wade Sanders, the picnic and derby went off without a hitch and while several members were not able to be in attendance, the club signed up new members.

Pete Provencio walked away with the annual member rifle giveaway and collected his new Ruger American 6.5 Creedmoor rifle.

The South Eastern Arizona Sportsmen Club was established in 2003 and is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of wildlife, habitat, and natural resources. The Club participates in many habitat improvement projects in southeastern Arizona, public seminars, hunter education classes, and works with other local nonprofit organizations in the community.
