GRAHAM COUNTY – The Graham County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a burglary suspect and would like the public to assist if possible.

According to a press release, on Thursday, Sept. 3, at approximately 2:52 a.m., the Graham County Communication Center received a call of a male who had been inside a residence located in the 5100 block of E. Clifton in Solomon.  The caller reported a male, described as slim build, approximately 5 feet 7 to 9 inches tall, and in his 20s, was in her home when she woke up.  She had been on the couch sleeping and woke up to see the male in the living room.  She yelled at the male who ran from the rear of the home and was last seen south on 2nd Ave., Solomon.

Graham County Sheriff deputies and Safford Police responded.  Law enforcement began a search of the area and the Graham County K-9 was later called out to attempt to track the suspect.  During the track and as law enforcement continued to search, some items taken from the home were found in the area such as an iPhone, wallet, and vape pen.

The suspect was not located that morning and the investigation continues.  Anyone with any possible information on this incident is asked to contact the Graham County Sheriff’s Office at (928) 428-3141.
