For those who can’t make it to the Safford football game tonight, you can watch it as it happens here thanks to the Safford Bulldog News Network. The game starts at 7 p.m.
The Bulldogs have outscored their last five opponents 213-8 but should find much stiffer competition against the Lions. Safford is currently ranked No. 1 in the 3A South and a win tonight would most likely set up next week’s battle against Sabino in Tucson as the regional championship game.
The Gila Herald will be at the game and will have its highlight video available Saturday or Sunday.
