It’s time to get wild at the Safford City Library. The library will be holding Wild About STEAM, a family STEAM night, Thursday, Oct. 11, from 4 – 6 p.m.
Children and their families will have the opportunity to learn about the wild animals of the Southwest through hands-on learning activities, books, and even a visit with real live animals.
For information contact the Safford Library at 928-432-4169.
Family STEAM nights are a newer addition to the Safford Library’s lineup of science programming. At these events, families are encouraged to explore different concepts related to science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Funding for family STEAM nights is provided by First Things First and the United Way of Graham and Greenlee Counties.
