Bejarano has continued to embody the spirit of service in his role with the City of Safford and through his extensive involvement in community leadership and development efforts.” I am truly honored to receive the Veteran Servant Leader Award and extend my heartfelt thanks to Congressman Ciscomani for this recognition and to Supervisor John Howard for his nomination,” said Bejarano. “Serving our community has been a privilege. I accept this award on behalf of all veterans, and I am dedicated to making Safford a great place to live, work, and visit. I am also grateful for every opportunity to contribute to our community.”
Congressman Ciscomani praised Bejarano’s dedication, stating, “I was deeply honored to host this award ceremony to recognize all these remarkable veterans who exemplify leadership, dedication, and service, even after their time in uniform. Eric Bejarano’s commitment to Safford is invaluable and embodies what it means to be a servant leader.
