Produce On Wheels With-Out Waste market is this Saturday in the Home Depot parking lot

THATCHER – Come by the Safford Lions Club’s Borderlands P.O.W.W.O.W. market this Saturday, Dec. 7, at The Home Depot at 750 S. 20th Ave. in Thatcher from 8 – 11 a.m. for some fruits and veggies. 

With no qualifications, you can shop for up to 70 pounds of fresh nutritious rescued produce with a $12 contribution.

This Saturday’s selection may include bell peppers, jalapeños, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, green beans, leafy greens, squash, tomatoes (Campari, Grape, and Roma), and mini-watermelons.
