PIMA – The inaugural Pima Fire Fest and Classic Car Show will take place this Saturday, April 9, at the Pima High School, starting with a lineup at 9 a.m. prior to a 10 a.m. start.

The event is the department’s first fundraiser with the funds dedicated to building a new fire station. The last time the fire station had any major work was in December 2018 when it had a new metal roof installed thanks to a $49,000 grant from the Freeport McMoRan Foundation’s Community Investment Fund.
