Born on September 17, 1963, Teresa Hammond passed away in a tragic car accident on Sept. 22, 2021.
Teresa is survived by her mother, Barbara Tandyk; her three children, Merrisa Blystra, Jason Smith, and Maggie Smith; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Teresa will be greatly missed by family and friends. Services for Teresa will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, at the Thatcher VFW post.
