Obituary for Alexander ‘Alex’ Christopher Coronado

Alexander “Alex” Christopher Coronado, 25, of Thatcher, passed away Nov. 18. He was born June 9, 1993, in Safford to Alvaro “Chico” Coronado and Cynthia Lou Schuh.

Alex had three children, Lucian Coronado, Serenity Villalba, and  Anneleycia Coronado. He loved spending time with his son, taking time to enjoy the little and simple things in life. Even during the worst times, he could make you smile. He had a soft heart and a desire to help others and improve their lives.

Alex loved wholeheartedly, and he fought against a thief of life and, unfortunately, he lost the battle. He was appreciative of his family, thankful for all his friends, and blessed by his spiritual beliefs that gave him a peace and a promise of healing. His smile and presence are carried in all the hearts of every life he touched. Alex is leaving a legacy – the story of his battle. He will continue to touch lives for generations.

Alex is survived by his children, Lucian Coronado, Serenity Villalba, and Anneleycia Coronado; his mother, Cynthia Schuh Louque; his siblings, Angela Morgan, Sonya Coppa, Nicholi Coronado, Mahgél Coronado, David Louque, Lori Coronado, Laurie Cline, Ashley Bejerano, Aaron Coronado, and Amanda Louque.

He is preceded in death by his father, Alvaro “Chico” Coronado, and sisters, Melissa and Cathy Coronado.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 29, at the Safford Cemetery.
