SAFFORD—The Arizona Community Foundation of the Gila Valley would like your help identifying and recognizing the outstanding individuals and nonprofit organizations that help make Graham and Greenlee counties great places to live.  The nomination forms are simple to fill out and there are many community members and hardworking nonprofits who need honored but will not be recognized unless someone submitted their name. 

The Arizona Community Foundation of the Gila Valley will honor community members and nonprofits serving Graham and Greenlee counties at its grant celebration on Tuesday, Sept. 27, from 4 to 5:30 p.m.  This is your chance to nominate someone you know for one of the following awards. Please note that the Ed and Angie Sawyer Volunteer of the Year for Graham County includes a $1,000 donation that the recipient can designate to local nonprofit(s). 

Forms must be submitted by Tuesday, Aug. 30.  You can submit them online at azfoundation.org/GilaValleyNominations.  You may also download the above PDFs and email them to Regional Philanthropic Advisor Colleen Iuliucci at ciuliucci@azfoundation.org or mail them to ACF of the Gila Valley, 400 W.
