ORO VALLEY – On Tuesday, Republican candidate Nolan Reidhead was the first candidate to file for Arizona’s 1st Congressional District. Reidhead submitted well over the minimum number of 1,415 signatures required by the Arizona Secretary of State. Reidhead will appear on the ballot with his fellow Republicans in the upcoming 2020 Republican primary.

Nolan Reidhead said, “ I could not have gotten this far without all of the fantastic people who signed my petition, nor could I have done this without the help of the hard-working volunteers that came together to assist me in my candidacy. Thank you!

I would also like to thank my family and my campaign manager, Anna Clark. The work that they put in organizing volunteers and collecting signatures is the reason we were able to get on the ballot in the first place. Months and months of time, effort and hard work collecting signatures have finally paid off. We obtained all of our signatures through canvassing neighborhoods and person to person contact while attending events and meet and greets across the state.  We did not pay anyone to gather signatures.

I look forward to going into the Republican primary with an energized campaign ready to take on my opponents.”
