SUPERIOR – The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following closures on U.S. Highway 60 for a bridge replacement project:

    • No lane restrictions or closures are planned on Tuesday, Nov. 11, in honor of Veterans Day.

Detour: Eastbound U.S. Highway 60 drivers use southbound State Route 177 through Winkelman to northbound SR 77. Westbound U.S. 60 drivers use southbound SR 77 through Winkelman to northbound SR 177. Due to the roughly 75-mile detour, drivers may want to consider planning travel before 9 a.m. or after 2 p.m. The detour is estimated to add hour for trips between Superior and Miami.
