The Cowgirls also went 3-6 during the Safford tourney on Oct. 2-3. The wins were 2-0 over Tombstone, 2-1 over Globe, and 2-0 over Pima on Oct. 3.
Willcox has an 11-member roster of four seniors, two juniors, and five sophomores.
