MORENCI – The start of the 2022-23 school year is nearing and the countdown has started. It is listed by the days, hours, and minutes remaining until the first day of classes and is viewable on the Lawson Stadium field marquee.
Registration for returning students wishing to attend Morenci High School continues this week, from 9 – 11 a.m. and from 1 – 3 p.m. for juniors Monday, July 18; at the same times for sophomores on Tuesday, July 19; and at the same times for freshmen on Wednesday, July 20. Seniors and new students to the district registered last week.
The new school year begins on Wednesday, July 27.
