MORENCI – Andrew Taylor, 47, currently of Springerville but formerly from Morenci, Arizona, died Sunday after being ejected from a Jeep as it rolled down a steep embankment off U.S. Highway 191 North at roughly milepost 187, north of Morenci.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Taylor was reportedly northbound in a white 2020 Jeep Wrangler on U.S. Highway 191 North on Sunday when his vehicle drove off the embankment, and Taylor was ejected. The collision site was initially found by the victim’s family on Monday. The incident is under investigation by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
