PIMA – A man was fatally injured Friday at the scene of a heavy machinery accident near Pima.
The incident took place at a pallet manufacturing facility located off Alder Lane just north of E. Center Street shortly after 11 a.m., when a forklift tipped over on the man, according to preliminary information from the Graham County Sheriff’s Office.
The area has been cordoned off by law enforcement, who are at the scene investigating the incident. The Pima Fire Department and Lifeline Ambulance also responded to the scene.
Update: The victim has been identified as Antonio Quezada, 41.
