SAFFORD – JD3 Fitness Safford is proud to introduce our new HIGH Fitness Instructor, Carolyn Fuller-Hart.
Originally from Missouri, Fuller-Hart’s family moved to the area for her husband’s career and was excited to find JD3 Fitness Safford.
“I’ve had a passion for fitness since high school after taking a weight training class,” Fuller-Hart said. “I was first introduced to a group fitness nine years ago through Zumba. All by accident, 2.5 years ago HIGH Fitness came into my life. It took just a couple of classes to become my favorite way to get cardio. After only short six months, I knew I should be an instructor.”
HIGH Fitness is breaking the mold and taking a bold, unique approach to group fitness. It took Old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart-pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side of air guitar.
Consistency and simplicity are critical to the HIGH Fitness brand. Classes are fun, easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success. With three different formats, courses are designed to get you moving, keep you motivated, and help you work off the emotional weight.
“I love the format, (the) fun, easy-to-follow moves, and the overall good feeling I get after,” Fuller-Hart said. “With different options to take it from high to little or no impact, it really caters to everyone. Come tuck, stretch, burn, move, and recover with me. I’d love to hear from you.”
