Jon Johnson File Photo/Gila Herald: The Graham County Fair will run this Thursday, Oct. 11 through Sunday, Oct. 14.
Staff Reports
The summer inferno has been turned off and the crisp, cool fall air is here, which means it must be time for the Graham County Fair.
The 2018 fair kicks off Thursday night with unlimited carnival rides with the purchase of a $20 bracelet.
On Friday, festivities will include the annual fair parade down Main Street in Downtown Safford, starting at 10 a.m. The fair will then open up at noon, followed by the Midway rides at 1 p.m.
Admission prices to the fair are $1 for children 6 – 9 and $5 for ages 10 and up. Seniors age 65 and over pay only $4 on Thursday and Sunday, while children 5 and under are free.
