THATCHER – Sign up today to secure your spot in Gila Hank’s Sprint Triathlon on Saturday, April 15. The event continues the former Jim Brinkerhoff Varsity Scout Triathlon. Click here to register before April 12 to ensure your spot.
The sprint triathlon consists of a 75-yard swim in the pool at Eastern Arizona College, followed by a 6-mile bike ride and a 1.5-mile run.
Check-in will be Friday, April 14 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Eastern Arizona College’s Gherald L. Hoopes Activities Center (rooms 118 and 119). Race packets and T-shirts will be distributed at check-in.
Staging for the triathlon will begin at 7 a.m. west of the swimming pool near the tennis courts.
