THATCHER – Doctors and providers from Family Medical Center are offering a free sports physical clinic for local student-athletes from Graham, Greenlee, and Cochise counties for the 2023 – 2024 school year.
The clinic will take place on Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the EAC Nursing Education Center. The EAC Nursing Education Center is located at 550 N. College Ave., in Thatcher.
Parents should contact local schools to obtain the required forms. Please make sure to answer all history questions and provide detail as indicated. The forms must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian and student prior to the clinic. Here is a link to the AIA sports physical packet should your school require it.
Please note that sports physicals are not meant to replace annual physical wellness exams. Please make sure to schedule an annual wellness visit for your student-athlete with their primary care provider.
