Former Bylas resident graduates Bible College

Marvelous Esh-keen Rustin, from Bylas, Arizona, the son of Melvin and Lorena Rustin, graduated last Friday, May 7, from Ambassador Baptist College, Lattimore, North Carolina, with a B.A. degree in Bible.

Marvelous grew up in Bylas and attended Apache Baptist Academy through eighth grade.  Graduating from Fort Thomas High School, Marvelous went on to Bible college to complete his formal training in preparation to enter full-time ministry.

In addition to graduating, Marvelous was presented with the President’s Award from Dr. Alton Beal, President of Ambassador Baptist College.   The President’s Award is presented by the president to a graduating senior in recognition of consistent, godly Christian character.

Marvelous plans to work at Camp Chetek in Northern Wisconsin over the summer, enter an internship in a local church, and return to Bylas for the purpose of bringing the good news of God’s Word to the Gila Valley.
