SAFFORD – The new mega-Circle K in east Safford is a popular place for its variety of offerings, but one former employee won’t be able to patronage the store, or any other area Circle K stores either.

On Nov. 29, a Safford officer was dispatched to the Circle K at 1542 E. U.S. Highway 70 at about 12:07 p.m. regarding an unwanted subject.

Upon arrival, the store manager requested her former employee Tiffany Moore be removed and trespassed from all area Circle K stores.

According to the Safford Police report, the manager said Moore had become combative and was yelling and swearing. The manager said she contacted her regional manager about the incident, who advised the company wanted Moore trespassed from all its stores in the area.

Moore was not at the location when the officer arrived but was contacted by telephone and informed of the company’s edict.
