Located just outside Tombstone on South Charleston Rd., the road to Sierra Vista and Bisbee, Arizona, community residents erected a Trump campaign billboard with a statement reflecting their “Too Tough To Die” image: The Reckoning.
Western movie fans may recall the quote from the Doc Holliday character, played by Val Kilmer, in 1993’s Tombstone.
The town’s residents thought it appropriate to emblazon the line on a big Trump 2024 poster and place it in a conspicuous location where motorists could easily view it on their way out of town.
I imagine that Joe Biden supporters likely grasped the symbolism. Compared to the lunacy of the past four years, it may feel like the reckoning is coming.
Joe, on the other hand, probably won’t notice. Or he’ll think Reckoning is just another new ice cream flavor!
