The family-friendly performance combines powerhouse vocals, vibrant choreography, and theatrical storytelling with popular music spanning generations. Brigham Young University’s elite song-and-dance ensemble has entertained audiences worldwide for more than 50 years. The Young Ambassadors first entered the international spotlight at Japan’s Expo ’70 and have since shared American music, dance and theater with audiences across the globe.

In recent years, the ensemble has continued that tradition through international tours, recordings and music videos. During the 2025-26 season, the Young Ambassadors performed at the Shanghai International Arts Festival alongside BYU Ballroom Dance, Vocal Point and Noteworthy. The group also released several new recordings, including the EP Beautiful Morning: Songs of Strength.

In August, the Young Ambassadors presented IMAGINE at the world-renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe during an academic tour of Scotland and England. Their 2026-27 season includes performances throughout Utah and an extended tour of the Midwest, in addition to their Arizona tour and appearance in Safford.
