Thatcher — Eastern Arizona College’s Choral Music Department is pleased to announce in-person performances of Spring Sing 2021: Rejoice. The show’s title is in reference to COVID-19 and the hope that the end of the pandemic is near. The show will take the stage in the EAC Fine Arts Auditorium on April 22-24, at 7:30 p.m.
The choirs will perform songs including “Another Day of Sun” by Justin Hurwitz, Benj Pasek, and Justin Paul; “Sunny Side of the Street” by Dorothy Fields and Jimmy McHugh; “A Hazy Shade of Winter” by Gerard Way; “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John and Bernie Taupin; “Child Of My Heart” by Jacob Naverud; and many, many more!
This will be the first live concert for EAC’s Choral Music Department since the Fall of 2019 and director and producer, Gideon Burrows, is pleased and excited to invite the community to come back to campus and enjoy the arts!
Tickets for Spring Sing 2021: Rejoice are $5 per person and masks and social distancing will be enforced. Tickets are available at the EAC Ticket Office at (928) 428-8228 and unsold tickets will be available at the door.
