THATCHER –Eastern Arizona College is pleased to present its Fall 2024 Symphony Orchestra Concert, Connections: Science and Music, on Nov. 16, at 7 p.m., in the EAC Activities Center – Little Lee Theater. This free public event will explore the intersection of science and music, featuring a program that illustrates scientific themes such as the patterns of nature, the rhythm of the cosmos, and the role of science in musical composition.
The orchestra will highlight how sound, physics, and mathematics influence music, while also exploring how music has inspired scientific thought.
Admission is free, and all are invited to attend and support the orchestra in this celebration of music and discovery.
