Car Show returning to SalsaFest

SAFFORD – Local Safford tattoo and piercing shop 19 Double X Studio is planning a Car Show in coordination with the annual NatureSweet Tomatoes SalsaFest to help raise funds for Safford Lions Foundation scholarships at Eastern Arizona College.

The SalsaFest Car Show will start at 10 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, and will take place on the 400 Block of W. Main Street. Winners will be awarded by 19 Double X Studio on the Kempton Chevrolet Stage on the Safford City Hall Lawn at 5 p.m.

Located at 518 W. Main St., 19 Double X Studio’s Drew Harris is the coordinator for the Car Show.

“Let’s make it happen,” Harris said. “Everything goes back to help our community.”

Vehicle owners should contact Harris at 928-322-2763 to enter the show. All classes of vehicles are welcome, including cars, trucks, off-highway vehicles, bikes, and lowriders. The early entry fee for the event is $10 and the day of the event entry fee is $15.
