PHOENIX—The Arizona Community Foundation (ACF) is proud to announce—and celebrate—the election of Jay Parry to its Board of Directors.
A nationally respected business executive and passionate community champion, Jay Parry has helped shape some of the nation’s most iconic sporting events while remaining deeply committed to giving back and uplifting communities.
After beginning her career at Bank of America and rising to Executive Vice President, Jay transitioned into the sports and events industry, where she quickly became one of Arizona’s most influential leaders. She served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Phoenix Mercury during the franchise’s first two championships and later served as Chief Operating Officer of the WNBA at league headquarters in New York.
Jay has also twice led the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee as President & CEO for Super Bowl XLIX and Super Bowl LVII and the 2024 NCAA Men’s Final Four. Today, she serves as CEO of the 2026 NCAA Women’s Final Four Host Committee and President & CEO of the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance.

“Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to strengthening Arizona communities through service, partnership, and impact,” shared Anna María Chávez, President & CEO. “Her remarkable ability to bring people together, lead world-class events, and build meaningful community partnerships will be an incredible asset to ACF.”
“Jay is a visionary leader whose passion for Arizona, commitment to community, and ability to bring people together make her an extraordinary addition to ACF’s Board of Directors,” added Charley Freericks, ACF Board Chair. “We are grateful to welcome her leadership and perspective to the ACF board.”
