THATCHER – The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on Monday, Sept. 14, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the VFW Post 10385 located at 3481 W. 8th St.
All donors at this blood drive will receive a COVID-19 antibody test and an eCoupon for a free Sportsclips haircut. This is an appointment-only drive, so please make your appointment today – times are going fast. Click here to make an appointment.
The American Red Cross will also hold a blood drive on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the Manor House Convention Center at 415 E. U.S. Highway 70 in Safford until 5 p.m. Click here to make an appointment at this blood drive.
The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.
