SAFFORD – If you’re in a hankerin’ for a southern delight of a chicken and waffle dinner, the American Legion Post 32 has you covered this Friday, April 16.
The Safford American Legion will be offering its delicious chicken & waffle dinner for just $10, with proceeds benefitting the Graham and Greenlee Serving Veterans group to fund its Veterans Day 2021 Resource Fair.
Dinner will be served from 5 – 7 p.m. and includes golden brown waffles with large chicken tenders, sides of sweet apple filling, and coleslaw, along with warm butter and syrup.
Call ahead and reserve your dinner at (928) 428-2990, and hurry because the event is limited to the first 100 diners.
