Phoenix Rising FC has bolstered its roster by acquiring forward Tomás Ángel on loan from Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC). The 21-year-old Colombian youth international, who started his career at Atlético Nacional, has scored one goal in five MLS appearances since joining LAFC in January.
