SAFFORD – The 2020 Prophecy Conference with speaker Reverand Tom Simcox of the Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry will take place this Friday, Feb. 7 – Sunday, Feb. 9, at the First Baptist Church of Safford 1109 S. 7th Ave. in Safford.

So much is happening in our world, including, most recently, fires like the fires in Australia, the world looking for peace and security, and the coronavirus outbreak. The Word of God – the Bible – has a lot to say about the end times.

“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places,” Matthew 24:7-8.

God’s word foretells the future with flawless accuracy. Our job is to become familiar with what will happen in the future so we can live our lives to glorify God today. That is why we invite everyone to join us for this very important conference.

Reverend Tom Simcox is the Church Ministries Training Coordinator for Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University. Tom also serves as a member of the faculty in the Department of Continuing Education at Philadelphia Biblical University and as a faculty member at Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida.

Reverend Simcox will be speaking this Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Safford. He will also be speaking on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.

On Friday night, Rev. Simcox will speak on the overall big picture of prophecy in the Bible. Saturday evening, he will be speaking on The Olivet Discourse — Jesus’s Teaching on the Mount of Olives regarding the End Times. On Sunday morning, he will be talking about the Friends of Israel and teaching about the Tribulation from the book of Zechariah. On Sunday evening, he will teach about the Biblical Millennial Kingdom and discuss the Great White Throne Judgement.

If you’ve read the book of Revelation and were confused, or, if it piqued your interest, then this conference is for you. If you have questions about current and future events, Rev. Simcox will discuss, from a biblical perspective, God’s plan for our lives.

There is no cost to attend. A love offering will be taken.
