GILA COUNTY – Stop by the Globe Chamber of Commerce between noon – 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 to enter your potentially prize-winning garden veggies, pecan pie, photograph – or the unique crib blanket or onesie that you sewed – for your chance at a blue ribbon in the Gila County Fair.
Whether online at gilacountyfair.com or in person, Sept. 18 is the deadline to submit entry paperwork.
Keep in mind, that’s for the entry forms – you’ll deliver your actual entries at the Gila County Fairground exhibit hall on Saturday, Sept. 21, also from noon to 7 p.m.
Please note these exceptions: fresh flowers and fresh flower arrangements and all culinary entries should be brought to the exhibit hall on Monday, Sept. 23 between 7 – 8:45 a.m., just before judging, for maximum freshness.
