SAFFORD – The Safford City-Graham County Library will host a display of the work of local artist Bonnie Douglass. Bonnie was born and raised in the Bisbee and Douglas areas. Throughout her life, she raised five children, worked as a realtor in the Bisbee area, and served as an escrow officer. Later, she spent a decade at Bank of America. She explored art during grade school but didn’t return to it until she took lessons at EAC in her 70s. She is thoroughly enjoying art and has discovered that watercolor is her favorite medium.
This art installment will be available for viewing through the month of August, during regular library hours.
The featured artist program is an initiative of the Safford City-Graham County Library, to showcase the wide range of artistic talent found in Graham County. To apply to be a featured artist, please refer to the Display and Exhibit Proposal Form found at https://cityofsafford.us/387/Library-Policies.
