ARAVAIPA – The Graham County Health Department is searching for two men driving a white Jeep who were in Aravaipa Canyon, Turkey Creek Area, on Sunday, April 13, around 4 p.m. The two men in the white jeep were talking to hikers who had an incident with a bobcat. One of the two men had contact with the bobcat, which has tested positive for rabies. The health department needs to evaluate the gentleman who handled the rabid animal to determine any needed treatment. Rabies is fatal if not treated before the start of symptoms.
